Mom:

This is a picture of my mom. She has been an incredible influence on my life.

As a young child, she told me, "If you are going to do something, then do a good job."   I have tried to follow her advice for a long time and I think I have done a good job at it. Of course, since my life is a work in progress, you can never stop doing a good job.
