The EOLL All Stars played a rock solid game against Goldenrod.  Despite a two hour rain delay and a soggy outfield, our boys played extremely well.

Max Glass went the distance and only gave up 2 runs in 4 innings. Max pitched very well and was ahead of the count against most of the Goldenrod batters.  His supporting cast for the evening proceeded to drive in 12 runs over 4 innings.  Every time we needed a key hit our boys came through.

Manager Rich Link, clearly pleased from the effort,  commented, “Our base running tonight was really effective.  We had steal after steal and our boys scored every time we got to third base.  This was a big improvement from the beginning of the week !”
